Do we know where Carrizo is going to drill from?

Carrizo has a tenative drill site east of Precient Line Road.  Although, it has not been finalized as of yet.  The drill site will depend on where they actually put the well bore.

If they don't have enough signatures, why are they already burying pipes and setting up a main plant on Precinct Line?

And why haven't all the residence recieved the same compensation into the street, cheaha said the hoa told them to wait.
