Carrizo Gas and Oil is not a pipeline company.  The pipes are being burried by a third party company that will sell space in the pipeline to anyone in the area that needs to get their gas to market.

Cheaha wanted to send everyone a set price of $286.96 for the street acreage. RTHA did not agree to that amount and asked Carrizo to wait to send out the extra bonus checks because we want every lot measured accurately and everyone to get the maximum amount owed to them. Carrizo will begin the measuring and sending out checks as soon as enough leases are signed to get a drilling permit.

There are still a few leases that are being finished up by Cheaha Land.  Even though Carrizo is now handling the leasing, Cheaha can finish the ones that they have already started and send them to Carrizo.

Does that mean that if they dont get the required signatures to get a drilling permit we wont get paid for the street acreage?

So if I live on a corner that should have been 2 paved streets but aren't paved yet that I get paid into the" un-paved" streets?  Cheaha said yes,  they latter said hoa said no, now carizzo is scratching their head.

When the original neighborhood lots were sub-divided a plat was drawn and submitted to the county.  The streets were added later as right-of-ways between the rows of lots.  Each lot has a designated ROW for the street.  It is possible that the street ROW in the undeveloped lot/street next to your house belongs to you. I do not know. You (or Carrizo) will need to check the original plat of your property. In fact they will be checking everyones property. That is why the waiting period. Everyone will get exactly what they are entitled to. Please do not feel like someone is trying to get out of paying you what you deserve.
