because she does not work she is a stay at home mom who needs to get a job & a life outside of her home so she can find herself & help make her children's life happy and filled with friends & joy despite the disability that the family faces

Working Mom- I personally take offense to your quote above. I am a PROUD stay at home Mother and I think you are so ignorant to even say that this lady needs to find a job in order for her to "find herself". Maybe shes found herself by being a homemaker. I left a great paying job so I could stay home with my son when he was born. That was my decision as it is yours to work. Who qualified you as the resident therapist to make a comment of that sort?
As far the comment you made about her renting, technically you are more then likely "renting" your home as well unless you paid cash for it in full or unless you paid off your lets say, 30 year mortgage. So just because you are BUYING your home doesnt make you above anyone else as you seem to portray.
