Also, in that wonderful area of the Community Pages it only mentions trespassing in land adjacent to the neighborhood, I think the recent criminal activity IN the neighborhood is far more distressing than the trespassing in the ADJACENT swampland area. Is this what the HOME OWNERS association, COPS, and our NEIGHBORHOOD patrol officer feel is in the best interest of the neighborhood? What happened to looking out for River Trails? Yes, we may not hear the distant growl of a motorcycle, but this is leading to the nearby sound of gunfire! It has already been reported of owners brandishing firearms, and the PD didn't have a problem, the mother and daughter were at fault.
So, point blank, where are the priorities: noise in the swamps? or vandals, thieves, robbers,.... in our streets?
I look forward to your reply?
This is the very question I asked Fort Worth PD. "Where are our priorities?"
Frankly, I'm pissed off at all the attention the woods are getting yet people are trespassing against us in our very own homes and stealing our fortunes. I have made it real clear to FWPD and others.
As a result, we will see increased patrols in the area and special details in the neighborhood to assist us with getting a grip on the crimes that plague us within River Trails.
