The Board of Adjustments did not like the idea of such a tall fence being erected. They have asked HEB ISD, the HOA and the residents that are directly affected in that area to come up with alternative solutions. HEB ISD has several schools in residential neighborhoods and none of them have such a fence. HEB has decided to table the issue temporarily. However, residents and the HOA are forging ahead with coming up with a solution for the benefit of all.
There will be a meeting tonight with the residents to discuss alternative solutions to propose to the the Board of Adjustments. The meeting will be at 9033 Tyne Trail at 7:30 pm.
