River Trails Homeowners Association

I agree with you, I do not think having it the same day as Family Fun Day is a good idea.

I would love to join in on the Community Garage Sale.

May sounds good to me, please keep me posted on optional dates and times so I can prepare.

  Arent we all Lakes of River Trails, with the north, south, east, and west sub-divisions?  Sorry lil' confused!  Wow!  We've been here for four years, I didnt even realize we had one, where is that posted? 

  We could schedule another one for May, and get more word-out.  Your right, its not a good idea to have the Community Garage Sale and Family Fun Day on the same day. 

The original River Trails neighborhood borders are Precinct Line to the east, Salado to the west, Trinity Blvd. to the north and Saranac Trail to the south.  It is a Voluntary Neighborhood Association with $25 annual dues. There is a map of our neighborhood boundaries on this website.

The Lakes of River Trails is three seperate neighborhoods.  There's South, North and now East Lakes of River Trails. They all surround our neighborhood.  They all have a mandatory homeowner's association. With dues anywhere from $140 and up. Their dues vary from each HOA. They do not have the events that we do but, they do have a neighborhood garage sale every year.

We will go ahead and schedule one for May.  I will post a date by week end.

  Huh.  Well we are in lakes of river trails, how are they letting their "people" know of the community sale?  Because I havent heard anything about it.  I will be joining in May 8th and 9th on yall's, I'll let the neighbors know too lol.  It makes better sense to put all the communities together.  More people, better crowd, more $$, dont ya know ; ).  And we still be able to go to River Trails on Saturday.  Yay!
