I was hoping that Precinct Line was going to be widened.  With homes being built to the West and East - traffic is going to get worse.  Does anyone know when this is suppose to happen?

I  understand the bridge over the creek is on a condemmed list in Tarrant County but they were not allocated the funds to replace it.   This was publicized by a TV station after the bridge collapse in Minnesota last year.

Oooooo...I think I'm going to stop going that way in from now on...

The bridge is 40(?) years old, and according to the National Bridge Database (if I remember correctly) was rated 5 out of 10, supposedly safe to travel across....riiight...

Yes there was something about widening the road from the railraod tracks to Precinct but there was an issue/delay due to funding.  If they are building a fire station at that corner one would think they would replace the bridge; its difficult for trucks rite now to turn that corner.

Also, they buried those gas lines right next to Precinct east side of our neighborhood; that limits any updating of that road for sure.

This is not good.  It takes at least 3 to 4 to 5 times to get thru the red light on Trinity heading West.   I am not sure about the traffic coming down Precinct over the rail road tracks.  It use to be backed up all the way to the light.  When they build the homes to the West,  thats additional traffic coming thru those lights.  This is going to be a nightmare.   Perhaps RTHA and LORT can come together on this issue and see if there is anything that can be done.
