River Trails Homeowners Association

Unfortunately the lake is not part of River Trails-proper, it's Lakes of River Trails South (south of Saranac) and for insurance reasons (as told to us in the past) they will not permit us to use the lake.  We are looking into a 2nd meeting to be held at the park once some details are worked out on guests, stay tuned...

I do not get off work until 6:30.  I would have missed the entire meeting by the time I got to the library.  Was there a facebook invite for the meeting?  I remember seeing a post about the meeting.  Are we no longer able to have meetings at the school?

The library where we typically hold it is 2 exits down 820S (Bridge Street).  Not far away :)

No unfortunately we can't have meetings at the school anymore.  According to policy (that I've heard) HEB ISD is charging a fee to use the room, plus they require the HOA have liability insurance of $1-2M. With the low numbers of membership participation, we're unforunately not able to afford the insurance for the HOA organization itself.
