Thanks for that.  I guess I never notice the signs.  I don't even notice our garage sale signs until the weekend of the garage sale... and those are pretty decent sized signs!  I'll put a reminder in my calendar to start looking for them in November and December.

I am grateful for you letters.  I have found this current BOARD to be full of complaints.

I am very offended by the recent newsletter --it had only negative information - nothing positive that I could find.

Most items were very negative towards the children in the neighborhood.  The vandalism could have been caused by someone other than a Settlers Crossing child, as we have no gates to prevent anyone from coming in or out.

Who ever handles our lawn and tree care - needs to be refocused.  I have trees, beautiful trees on the greenbelt behind my home, when I first moved her 3 years ago these trees were beautiful trimmed, etc.  Now branches touch the ground and will soon be broken during the colder months - I saw they spent $23,100 from Jan to Jun for maintenance of the grounds - I think we have a homeowner or two that own a landscaping company that might take a bit more pride in taking care of grounds.

I will be at the next HOA meeting as I believe we are not spending monies on the areas that are important, instead we want to put up signs telling people to not ride motorized vehicles, etc. Mr. James may want to take a look at the Americans with Disabilities Act before he proceeds-

Thanks,

I have yet to see anyone in a wheelchair or hoveround-type device abusing our greenbelts, have you babycakes?

Talking about negative letters, read the ones you posted.

Thanks for putting me in my place?  I was negative and was complaining about someone else being negative, lost sight of the real issues.

Just my view from here - thats all.

An HOA should not engage in helping to keep the values of homes in the community and if we are lucky have them increase-

sorry for the negativity.
