that? the take home, real world message here isn't whether or not the signs are enforceable, it doesn't matter. the likelyhood that a police officer will be around to see a event is slim and none. people who ignore the signs already know this. hence the signs are merely reminders.
when it is *safe* to do so, i always blow by the stop signs at heb/target/home depot...and in front of the police(sapd, helotes, county). been doing that for years. never been pulled over nor cited.
