Four Speed Humps have been installed on Bellemeade Road today.

I am concerned that speed humps and street lights are being installed and erected without notification to the residents that to which the above are in the process.  The elderly of this city do not have computors and are not aware of what is being done until it is too late. I feel it would be appropriate to notify  all either by letter or phone call .

Am I not correct that the installation of the speed humps on North Chadwick and Bellemeade first required getting the signatures of the residents?
