We just moved to the neighborhood about a month ago. We have called the HOA few times requesting the paint number for the outside of the house and the door, unfortunately are not a getting a respond. Does any one has the paint numbers for the townhouses in Needletree Dr.?

Do you mean the painter's number? Outside paint would be covered through the HOA, however, we are in debt so much currently with our HOA dues that I don't think paint is high on the priority list. I'm sure everyone on here pays their HOA fees but there are several homeowners that have never paid their HOA's since they've moved in which for some is over 3 years! I wish I had a better answer for you. Have you called Lee Polk? Her information is listed under information. She is our HOA community association manager.

My husband and I are considering purchasing in the Hammocks, but we have some questions regarding the HOA status.  We have been trying to determine who is in charge of the HOA for your community, who is the developer, etc. and have been unable to find any information. I noted in this posting that you referred to a person by the name of Lee Polk as the HOA community association manager.  Would it be possible for you to provide me with her contact information?  It would be very greatly appreciated.
