Today, while walking to check mail, I noticed that the front door of 3610 Lake Sunset had a panel removed.  I called the police and submitted a report.  Officer Cardenas suggested that if I see any vehicles at that location in the future, that I should call and submit a suspicious vehicle report.

Good morning possible neighbor,

I just had a house inspection done on 3614 Lake Sunset Court because I'm very interested in the property, to purchase not rent.  I have been reviewing some of the blogs that you and your fellow neighbors have been posting and to be honest I am very concerned about this particular street and the other Herron Court?  I am a very hard-working single mom and I have accomplished many things, this particular goal of purchasing a home has been at the top of my list, so for me I need to be reassured not only by fellow neighbors that these problems are being resolved but also by the HOA.  I will be damned if I am going to pay an extra $400.00 dollars a year and not have problems like these resolved, especially in a timely manner.  To make sure of this I have also left a very detailed message with the Property Supervisor in respects to this matter and the fact that their response/timely response may play a big part in wether I purchase this property.  So far from what I have read in the bloging site, has assured me that there are people in this community that take an active role and responsiblity for their community and homes, not let's see what kind of role the Wildwood Management Group will take.

I live across the street at 3623 Lake Sunset.  Yes, there were issues in the past with this street mainly due to the boys who lived at 3610, but all has been quiet since they left.  I read the post about the panel missing on the door and I hadn't noticed that nor do I know what happend.  All I can say is I was weary too in moving in with all the blogs I read and did so even though the boys were causing trouble across the street.  They are gone and all is quiet.  It'll be a year at the end of this month that we've lived in this neighborhood and we love it.  Just my 2 cents. :)
