Ventura Maintenance Association, Inc. is a deed mandated community comprised of 1,132 homes and 3 lots.

The community is located convenient to San Antonio, off FM 78 and Walzem Road, between Converse and Kirby. The office is located at 7058 Elm Trail #2, San Antonio, TX 78244.

The Ventura Maintenance Association, Inc. (VMA), has an assumed name filed with the Bexar County courthouse as the Ventura Homeowners' Association (VHA). The VMA is a corporation organized under the Texas Non-Profit Corporation Act.

Membership is required of all homeowners and includes an annual assessment fee. The assessment fees are used to maintain common areas (swimming pool and tennis courts), on-site manager, accountant, administrative assistant, summer employees, and enforcement of the Declaration of Restrictions and By-Laws.
