Hello Westwood,

There are renters here using public street and front yard as a salvage yard.  Up to 11 wrecked vehicles on and off daily.

Numerous Code Enforcement complaints for years and  it gets worst daily.  

Please HELP!!!!

Hello Westwood Neighborhood Association,

I'm back again complaining about 4101 Maumee St., City, 38109.  The company that manages this property for an owner who lives in Paramount, CA is Renshaw Real Estate, 5865 Ridgeway Ctr. Pkwy., City, 38120. 

This company recently installed a fence on this property, dugging and possibly damaging under ground water lines connecting properties of (4) homes.  I noticed mud in the post holes dug, and no rain for (4) weeks.  The maintenance crews for this company trespassed on other residents property without permission and damaged surrounding properties with the construction of the fence.

Renshaw didn't try to repair or pay for the damage.  I don't believe they had a permit to construct this fence.  I've contacted the city about the construction to no avail. 

Can the Association assist with this property that is a public nusiance.
