I was curious to know if anyone else received citations from WP regarding their property along the RR tracks? We were informed by the police officer a total of 15 were issued. Has this happened before or is this the first time? My husband and I have only lived in WP for a year. We are more than willing to clean up the garbage and everything else they want us to do to avoid paying a fine but we've been told this is the RR's property. Why are we liable for the delinquents that loiter on the RR tracks who throw rubbish and trash in our ''back yard'' that is behind our fence? Just curious on the matter....
