Citations re: property along RR

disappointed

I walk the railroad tracks daily with my dogs and know first hand where the garbage comes from. It is most certainly NOT the folks who live along the tracks. Yet rather than address the real causes of all the litter our typically hard working city council has chosen an easy ''solution'' to the litter that is short sighted and actually does not address the real underlying problem at all. Citizens of Woodlawn Park deserve better leadership on this. Thanks for listening.

Mayor should answer

These messages are the first that some city council members had heard of these citations. The Mayor handles somethings on his own without ever telling the council. He likes it that way. So don't point the finger so quickly at of the council members. The Mayor must answer! If you will notice he has yet to post a comment! We do deserve better leadership!!!!
truth is

The truth is we don't really know where the initiative to write citations came from. And we don't know what discussion, if any, led to this action. However it came about, I think it doesn't really address the causes, it merely assigns blame, which I think is short sighted and appears less than diligent in seeking real solutions.

Did you get ahold of him?

Did he know the answer? I would be surprised if you even got to speak to him. He never answers his phone, nor answer his door. Well he's probably too busy, looking to elimanate more trees and bushes on someone elses property, and to figure out something else to spend money on at the city hall.
