it sounds like you're suggesting that there is no point to standing up to and breaking down each and every one of these 'fiefdoms'.that whatever is going to happen is inevitable so why not go with the flow? are you kidding?

Every year the same,no more!

There are more hungry, starving In fact, town employees demanding ever more!
The time has come to say no,first to the schools,they have enough,In fact more than enough!We have no need of more police,to cover this one's vacation or that ones vacation!
We also have enough firemen!
