That 2nd amendment is nothing but BS. Our government strips so many rights from us that they should just remove the 2nd amendment from the constitution and get control of a major problem.

If we did remove the 2nd amendment government would have total control and BE THE MAJOR PROBLEM. The 2nd amendment is supposed to help keep that from happening.

What if the Government decided that free speech was a problem and needed to ''get control'' of that problem? Would you be in favor of removing that right as well?
What about the freedom of assembly, What if the Government decided that too, was a problem they needed to ''get control of''?
How many other rights do you think the government should just do away with because they need to ''get control''?
What right do you have to tell anyone else, what rights they should or shouldn't be able to have?

This amendment clearly shows the seperation of powers between the United States(federal Government), The States, and the People. Each part of, yet independent of, each other.

why don't you just go to a place like russia, since you don't mind total control. so sick of you people who need the government to protect them. why do you blame the gun. is there not more deaths with other products. cars, motorcycles, prescription drugs, work so why the attack on the gun. why take them from people who are being responsible. cause YOU just want the government to do what your mom used to do.sorry freedom is for responsible adults. if you are against the constitution than you are an enemy of the constitution. being the son, grandson and great grandson of defenders of our constitution, I must ask that you leave this constitutionally protected country and go where there is not one. ALOHA ! yea this place is not perfect but russia really sucks. tho blame our problems on an object and not the adult using it is a control tactic. if we go by death stats, then bye bye to beer, cars, motorcycles, bicycles, boats, airplanes, cigarettes, etc., etc. why not fix what is the real issue - EDUCATION!!!!!
