mallcontent, the idiot posted in another thread that there were no new housing starts in Muscatine so far in 2011. His statement here that you repeat proves his other post-thread contradictory. No one was agruing "most". And since most is not "all", that means the rest were inside the city. Thanks for proving him wrong again though.

That's where it started. mallconent has trouble with plain english and following along.

I would have sworn that this post was about having a full-time mayor and which of the candidates would be a working mayor and on and on is his own style. Somehow we all get caught up in it and make the mistake of answering, only to be embroiled in something that has nothing to do with anything. Oh well!
