That's where it started. mallconent has trouble with plain english and following along.

 

 

I would have sworn that this post was about having a full-time mayor and which of the candidates would be a working mayor and on and on is his own style. Somehow we all get caught up in it and make the mistake of answering, only to be embroiled in something that has nothing to do with anything. Oh well!

I think it veered off when BS started on the population of Muscatine County.

Mal, you are correct, Big Brother doesn'thave the retention ability to remember the original question.  He is too busy attempting to put people down, and many times does so by attempting to change the subject.  So lets try again:

MUSCATINE IS ABOUT TO BE PRONOUNCED NEAR DEATH, DO YOU THINK A FULL TIME MAYOR WOULD BE ABLE TO REVERSE THE TREND TOWARDS DEATH OF A TOWN?
