It was also the best years for employment at walmart, applebees, mcdonalds, burger king, wendy's, and any other fast food and giant chinese retailers who tallied up all those jobs, while the real work headed south and over seas. Bush never gets the credit he deserves. NCLB too.

How about the Dem controlled Congress and Senate starting early in 2007?  Shouldn't they get a little credit too, since they pass the laws including those that dole out the cash, and those that control the "evil corporations"?   And how about old Teddy (what's the matter...can't you swim) Kennedy?  You know the NCLB author?

Did you read my post about  the economy that Bush handed to the democrats in the House and Senate on 1/03/07? It has gone downhill since that day with no end in sight until 1/20/13. All the Bush bashers refer to figures at the end of '08 and that was two full years after Bush no longer had control of spending. Even tho dems only control the Senate, they also control the WH and all the bills that could/would help the economy/jobs are sitting in the Senate. And the potus has the cajones to say the GOP is the party of no. If they are the party of no then the dems are the party of f*** no! Ask biden.

Bigmouth biden you mean? Just as bad as palin. Of course I read it. But that minuscule amount of time had so little to do with the big picture by that little majority those bozos had. And, sirs, lets not forget that bush vetoed nearly every bill those morons sent him. Not one veto the entire time he had a like minded majority in both houses. The announcement that we were already in a recession came months after the fact as is always the case, and to add fuel to that economic conflagration came the 852 billion to the biggest and baddest bankers and brokers, that ALL of our government gave to them. I stand by my assessment, he doesn't get the credit he deserves. If we want to talk about all that bush handed the dumbocrats in 07, fine. But I bet you won't. That man should have been wearing his donkey pin the entire time he was the president. It's like this, when my children did wrong they were called on it. When my children were cruel, ugly minded, hurtful, unruly, defiant, or simply wrong, they were punished. But why on earth is it that obama seems to be the only evil doer in this mess that we already had the day he was elected? If we have the jewels to pin the tails here and now, then we better be able to go as far back as we can to uncover the whole story and pin there too, and finally repair this mess. It took measures to destroy our economy and pokin just bozobama isn't gonna do it. We need to poke them all, and make em go back and fix what all of them have done wrong, not just this sap. Somehow you think bush is without sin in this mess where it all started or at least got SO MUCH WORSE. yous know, the then president, like bozobama is now, the most powerful single men on earth, presidents. This partizen crap is useless. Give them all credit for jacking up this country.
