mallory Respected Neighbor USA 3461 Posts	Is there any fat in the City of Muscatine"s staff that could be cut to make spending less? It seems City Hall is becoming rather heavy in employees, are all of them needed? Do we need a city planner? Do we need a City Administrator when we have a Mayor? Do we need City inspectors when the State does it for us? Budget time for the City. We need somebody who has some training in city administration. The qualifications for mayor are age and breathing.
