I should just quit but....

First, what makes you think I said the Mayor should have more qualifications?

The sole qualifications for both the Mayor and the President are the same, age and being alive.   One job requires no more qualifications than the other but, the President has professional people to run the  government day by day AND I'm suggesting the Mayor should too and a city admisistrater is a logical choice.

Somehow I get the impression that you are talking out of both sides of your mouth and that comes to mind after reading all of your posts on this subject. Bottom line it appears that you are telling the poster 'republican' that indeed, we need a city administrator as well as a mayor, just like the potus needs persons who do all the work, our mayor needs the administrator to do the work and that our mayor has as many qualifications for office as does the potus for his office, so any day they could trade jobs. I'm sure that with that thought I will become hoppy's best bud.

You ever see that movie 2012. Our grandson rented it for us Friday night. He's been here a few weeks to help with the I-V and antibiotics. Got his medical training serving in 91' Kuwait. Not enough money to further his education. That might change when the affordable care act goes into affect. Oh yeah, 2012. It was one of the funniest cacophonies of crap I have ever had the distinct displeasure to see. Ed Wood was a better director producer, technician, story teller, provocateur, and although close, not quite as big a fool.

On second thought, don't give up.
