You seem to like to do your homework, I suggest you get a different company's union contract say a worker in the same salary range and compare.. it might be interesting. My husband is a pilot, his contract is about 100 pages long then add the letter of agreement which modify the contract as it runs and we get well over 150 pages easy.

I wish contracts were simple but then we would not have attorneys:)

A respectful request for info

If your husband is a pilot and works under a union contract, I respectfully request you post some more information about it here.

I'm not as knowledgeable about, or have access to, a pilots' union contract.

I am interested in the teachers' union contract because it affects all of us in the Pickerington school district. It also should affect who we vote for in the PLSD Board of Education race, as the board negotiates the contract on the part of the community.

I look forward to knowing more about the pilots' union, if you choose to post the information.
