Let's stop them this November 5!
Dear Know when to hold 'em,
I am runnig for Fairfield County Commissioner this fall, against a person who supports the developers. The commissioners must approve all annexations. If the developers are not going to support the community or the schools with additional monies, then I cannot approve their annexations. Please E-mail me and I'll send you my platform. I want to work for ''The People'', not for the rich and infamous.

Count on me to fight for you!
Dear Dr. Pepper,
Man, have I enjoyed some of your soda in the past. All levity aside, I'm running for Fairfield County Commissioner this November. I am proposing negotiated ''impact fees'' for any developer involved in an annexation. Impact fees are illegal according to the Republican lead legislature and Ohio is one a few states that has illegalized these fees. Florida, Geogia, North Carolina to name a few regularly charge developers a fee to compensate the comunities for the impact that deveopments have on the tax base. Pickerington is to desireable of a community to give away all of its privilages to the developers. The developers should pay the community for the privilage of building there. My oponent, I believe, will support the developers. His buddy and party manager is Brian Fox. E-mail me for my platform and you will see that not only do I want to stop uncontrolled development, I also want to bring in more industry to absorb the tax burden.
Thank you,
Michael Noll
