Legal Recourse ??
Can an injunction be filed against this Plat change - if they've violated their own zoning code can't the 2 home per acre be enforced ??

Injunctions cost money
UNFORTUNATELY, I BELIEVE INJUNCTIONS COST MONEY, A GREAT DEAL. THAT IS THE TROUBLE, WE SPEND MONEY AND THEY KEEP ON BUILDING WHILE THE JUDGE MAKES A DECISION.

Anyone know how much ??
Does anyone have any idea how much an injunction would cost ??
Isn't there a case in the Supreme Court pending that Citizens took on successfully ?? Was that paid for by a single individual or a group of people ??
Is it worth banding together to stop this ??

Lest we ever forget
The property owner behind the police station was rewarded with a waiver for their ''fair share cost'' of the capacity fees. This means no money for capacity.
Also, the property owner was generously rewarded with a $150,000 road for access to the ''planned'' (I say planned, because that is exactly what it was ''PLANNED'') project that has recently changed owners/developers rapidly. This means a free road for the developer at taxpayer?’s expense.
The Pickerington P&Z Board (3 to 2) allowed the change from 40 foot set backs to 25 at the last meeting. This means more traffic and overcrowding in our school system.
The only way we can change the direction of our community is to change the leaders that are directing us.
