BIA double talk

Why would any one be surprised that the BIA
would devlop memory loss! They got what they
wanted from the dupes on city council and the
school board.
There ''offer'' is a drop in the long term bucket
and they know it.The BIA members made a very
calucated bussiness decsion to protect there
investment in real estate,sewers,streets etc.
Anyone who thinks they sincerly care about this
school district is a fool! Its all money folks.
We must take action to freeze there bldg.permits that Mayor Postage Stamp has been
handing out by the dozen.Replace city council
Mayor and city manger.
As for the school board there needs to be some
accontabilty for there wreckless overkill building program.They should have turned down any BIA ''offer'' which came with strings attached.
Sports are NOT the main purpose of a school system despite what a few misguided parnets may
belive.Education FIRST!!! Sports second.
Let the parnets pay if they feel differntly!

When was waiver given

Please inform as to when the waiver for capacity fees was given for the ground behind the police station. Was a waiver also given for the apartments? after the City paid for the D lines and the water lines?
