The comment about ''I told you so'' should not be offensive. It is simply that I think your time and money can be used better to help our community.

I was shocked in 2000 that not one vote changed in the recount. If you recall, the day of the election it was approved by only 3 votes until all the provisional votes were counted.

I did provide you with all the precint information and wished you luck. Again, best of luck if you undertake this issue.

Recount in Violet O & P

Again, I think it is a waste of your time and money to have any recounted. In 2000, it did not change one vote out of 15,873.

With that said, for only $20, you may want to only recount two large precincts, Violet O & Violet P. Here are the results from those two areas:

Violet O - 239 Yes to 103 No (69% Yes)
Violet P - 467 Yes to 226 No (67% Yes)
Total 2 - 706 Yes to 329 No
