For only $10, you could have City of Columbus D recounted where they say only 35 voted out of 1,012 registered voters for a turnout of 3.46% versus an average for Violet Township of 44.70%. Just a thought.

Focus on the issues

I don't think now is the time to bother with a recount. There are more pressing matters concerning the schools, like the fact that most of the school board members, namely Wes Monhollen, Lori Sanders and Larry Sigman, are in bed with the builders and developers. These three will probably vote for the proposed Community Authority, to support their benefactors as well as their buddies Lyin' Lou Postage, Billy ''Never'' Wright, and the others who couldn't think their ways out of a box. And let's not forget Athletic Booster complicity to dupe the public into believing growth is good! Hah! Has your quality of life gone up lately? How quickly are homes selling in your neighborhood? Are you always on edge, wondering what stunts our public officials will pull next?

Thank goodness for the information available on this website. It would be hard to imagine life in Pickerington without PATA. Many of us are keeping score of public votes, to keep the public informed as to which officials are on the side of the citizens. Stay tuned....
