That is the trustees job, not mine. They may find out why some are not keeping up their yards. Maybe due to sickness and nobody to help them. Then we can figure out how to help them. Others (some will, some wont) will do something about it if approached. It is the guilt appproach. I doubt most people you are referring to with bad yards are even on here.

I do not have the money to paint my deck. I have to wait until I have the money just like the HOA. I will put it on next year's list.

Thats right its my yard and I can do what I want. If I dont want to put weed and feed on my yard, so be it. If I want to have a party and have all the girls go topless in my yard there isnt anything you can do about it. It is legal in our county for women to go topless anywhere they want, they did at alum creek state park last year. That why you have a choice if you dont like it MOVE or go live in condos or apartments where they have rules!!!!
