Fragrant violation

Exactly what does a fragrant violation smell like. Didn't know the dandelions had a fragrant. If we could fine for fragrant violations, I have a few neighbors whose posts stink. Can we fine them too?

The Hoa can only paint ,repair and fix fences when they have money available. they can't spend money that isn't there. Are you going to let your home look run down ,because the HOA is slow getting around to fix something? Read your deed restrictions again, you DO have to treat or stain your deck. We are talking about our homes here, the biggest investment you have, why would you NOT want it to look good?
