pajowm Respected Neighbor USA 426 Posts	The operative word in your response is, "may." The speed hump will be there 24/7/365. It will solve the problem. Policing will be expensive. We would have to pay an officer not only for enforcing the speed limit, but also for appearing in court on the court date for each and every citation written. Many citations are dismissed by the courts because our accuser(s) do not appear - 6th Amendment. Put in the hump; solve the problem; and move on. January 5th 2011 Report Reply
