Just an FYI - we contacted a title specialist and the land owned behind Rivertrails where the ATV's have been riding, is owned by Riverbend Industries LLC. That is a company set-up by The Jack Henry Trust. We are in the process of contacting them to find the validity of the No-Trespassing signs. We have also contacted the Department of Public Safety and they informed us on how we can make our ATV's street legal.

thank you, no offence to all the people that dont like how people are back in the feild behined sarance, all i have to say is why!!!!!! its not like the people are harming you in any way so just calm down about the whole thing. to whoever owns the land should know that people are still go back there nomatter what unless PEOPLE that have no real life report them thats really the only reson the land owner knows about it. and im sorry that ATV's drive back there but come on think about it do you really what them on your street were they zoom by loudly in your relaxing day. i really can care less about them I know i live on creede and rarely hear them and others do but think first intell someone comes up to me and says get off my property im going to still bike ride back there and to the person that is started this post I think you are 100% right Thank you |

I am very pleased to find out that someone has actually done some research on this matter. I thought the NO TRESPASSING signs where very suspicious. I would also like some information on the correct way to make my ATV's legal while driving through the neighborhood. Maybe this will put an end to all the bickering. |
