Nope, you would be inncorrect, there is NO city street sign next to my house, there is however a River Trails neighborhood sign.  I would also like you to know that of the 2 neighbors that complained 1 is a renter not a homeowner and the other lives on the North side of Saranac and frequently walked across the street to dump his Brush and Grass clippings beside and behind my house...(Which by the was was supposedly the biggest complaint) and still his waste remains behind my house, now fenced off where I can't get to it to clean it.  Maybe we can harvest the rats and snakes and have a RTHA Redneck BBQ!  P.S. It(the fence is 6 ft onto my property and 6 ft onto the easment on either side, and the city claims they have no knowledge of fence construction, and the unmarked trucks that carried the workers certainly were not city trucks!  I am sure however, someone with and official position with RTHA can give me someones name with the City that they have spoken to.  I also find it funny the City would pay for a fence on a vacant lot, but I can't get anyone to replace the bulb in the street light.

RTHA,   obviously you are not talking about the same fence or your information is incorrect.   If this fence is built on this land owners property,  then the land owner has the right to take it down.   Better yet,  wouldn't this land owner have the right to sue the City for building on his property with out a permit or permission?  That in itself makes it very hard to believe this was done by the City of Fort Worth.   RTHA said it was indeed built by the City of Fort Worth to keep ATV's out due to complaints.  Then please prove it.  Give this resident the contact name and phone number.  Candy-O,  if I were you,  once I received this information from RTHA,  I would call the City and have them come back out in their "unmarked" trucks and have them take down the part of the fence that is on your property and then I would ask them to clean up the mess since it is on "CITY PROPERTY".
