River Trails Homeowners Association

I have tried and tried to call someone about the gas leases going on in River Trails and noone has called me back. I see they are burying the pipes regardless of whether I have signed or not. If they are going to drill anyway, I think I deserve my cut. I have left messages for them and even talked with the main person at the Homeowners Ass. and she said she would have someone contact me....Well, no one has.......What should I do at this point?

We have a brand new land man that is going to try to finish up the remaining leases in River Trails.

They don't have enough signatures to drill.

You are correct.  They do not have enough leases to drill, YET.  They are VERY, VERY close.  If you or anyoneone you know needs to sign, please send me an email.  I will have someone contact you immediately.

Also, Carrizo is going to start sending out the additional bonus checks that include the street measurment very soon.  To get started they just need a few more leases signed.
