 Hmmm - wondering why this post wasn't deleted?  Blatent disrespect.   Dogging another neighbor.   Giving a street name.  Problem won't look good to new neighbors looking for a house on that street.   

I'm just asking...............contradicts eveything you wrote and yet you didn't delete it.

RUDE NEIGHBORS

OKAY I HAVE A QUESTION FOR ANYONE THAT CAN HELP. I HAVE NEIGHBOR WHO IS OUT OF CONTROL SHE YELLS AT ALL THE NEIGHBOR HOOD KIDS SHE CURSES AT THE PARENTS FLIPS PEOPLE OFF AND YELLS OUT PROFANITY AND RUDE UGLY COMMENTS BECAUSE SHE IS UNHAPPY AT HOME I WOULD GUESS. I WAS WONDERING IF THERE IS ANYTHING THAT ANYONE KNOWS THAT WE MAY DO TO RID OUR COMMUNITY OF THIS PERSON SHE IS A DANGER TO ALL OUR CHILDREN AND THIS COMMUNITY.  SHE AND HER FAMILY RENT THEIR HOME AND THE LAND LORD IS JUST AS RUDE ALL HE IS WORRIED ABOUT IS GETTING PAID HE DOES NOT EVEN LIVE IN OUR COMMUNITY SO HE DOES NOT CARE HOW SHE MAKES OUR CHILDREN FEEL DAILY. ON OUR BLOCK WE ARE ALWAYS HANGING OUT AT ONE OF THE NEIGHBORS HOUSE BECAUSE THE WHOLE STREET GETS ALONG WITH EACH OTHER AND ALL THE KIDS PLAY TOGETHER ALL BUT THIS ONE FAMILY SHE CALLS PEOPLE ON THE BLOCK AND HARASSES THEM CAUSES SCENES AT THE SCHOOL. SHE FLIES DOWN THE STREET IN WHICH CHILDREN ARE PLAYING AND HAS HER YOUNGEST IN THE FRONT NO SEAT-BELT. ONE CAN ONLY FEEL SORRY FOR THE CHILDREN FOR FALLING INTO SUCH A HOUSEHOLD THE CHILDREN ARE WONDERFUL KIDS EVERYONE ON THE BLOCK ADORES THEM. THE PROBLEM IS THE MOTHER THE FATHER IS A VERY NICE MAN BUT IT'S THE MOM SHE LOVES TO INSTIGATE RETARDED THINGS AND GOSSIP ABOUT PEOPLE AND LIE OH MAN HAS SHE LIED SHE EVEN HAS CALLED CPS ON TWO FAMILIES ON OUR BLOCK. BOTH FAMILIES ARE IN THE CLEAR BUT SOMEONE SHOULD REALLY STEP IN FOR HER FAMILY BECAUSE SHE IS ON SOMETHING ONE MINUTE SHES NICE IN HER OWN HOME AND WORLD THEN ALL OF A SUDDEN YELLING PROFANITY AT HER CHILDREN AND JUST TALKING UGLY OUT LOUD FOR THE NEIGHBORHOOD TO HEAR. PLEASE,PLEASE IF ANYONE KNOWS OF SOMETHING THAT CAN BE DONE PLEASE HELP OUR BLOCK BE A HAPPY NEIGHBORHOOD FOR OUR CHILDREN TO GROW UP IN.  THANK YOU A CONCERNED MOTHER.

Did I miss the answer to how many past/current board/committee members are getting a free fence?  Or when everyone that signed a lease would get their money into the streets like 50% of the others got to begin with.(it was so nice of the board to tell the gas co. not to include it in everyones initial check.  I also love hearing jack hammering ALL night long, it's been so nice not sleeping at night, I wish everyone could experience such bliss, perhaps I can be mighty neighborly and everyone can spend the night with me so they don't miss out on the constant thumping, it's almost like being at a "Blue Man Group" show from midnight til 5 a.m. every  morning!  I hope this was not defamatory or offensive, I tried to be nice!

Interesting point TCB. Melissa and all other monitors: do you not have any replies to such an accusation? Is it true that the only rules that are to be inforced are the ones which you feel fit? I pointed out another rule of the site and got no response either. Remember the whole "trespassing is trespassing" issue? If you are going public with such strong convictions that the rules will be enforced, then why is the rule breaking posts still out there?

With all that out there, candy_o (June Cleaver) should never be deleted again. And Hosa's comments to candy should have been zapped as quickly as June's. Let's face it, Ray was dogging candy_o about hiding behind her screen name. Sounded very threatening, abusive, hateful, offensive,  to me. It's still there. What is "not tolerated"?

I'm sure we can all agree with the problems of having a rude neighbor, but throughout that thread, the same thing you said "will not be tolerated" happened over and over.

I think maybe she got carried away with finally having an "official" title...you know throw my weight around before people realize vp of hoa means will work for free.  So that's ok, I've been carried away with  titles before to, I'm just glad I realized everything continues regardless, and the hoa of the rt is not really that necessary(you can tell by the condition of the yards...oh yeah did I mention the fences at the front need to be replaced like 8 years ago?(and I still don't recall an answer...maybe that's because people would be even more angry?) So how many past and present board and committee members get a free fence?  I love living in pleasantville!(really I do love my community, except when people try to mind other peoples business, and lately, it seems that's become the rule, not the exception)!  So SAD!
