I served on the committee that actually got someone to pay us for our mineral rights.  FYI zero board/committee members property backs up to Trinity or Pricient Line therefore zero board/committee members got a free fence, but EVERYONE in the neighborhood gets a FREE wall along Trinity and Precient Line.

I am pretty sure that this was brought up long ago, but since you like to keep on and keep on, I will state again;

1. The Gas Lease Committee got every dollar possible from the gas companies, with or without a wall.

2. You did not participate in the negotiations and you are free to sign or not sign with any gas company that you choose. There are over 150 gas companies in the phone book.

3. The FREE wall was a bonus. The wall will help the entire neighborhood reguardless if it is near your home or not.
