only says from what we found, on block 1, and we should have something in writing from the attorney instead of playing a guessing game. We should already know the filing fee. Why would pay for more houses to be subdivision anyways? can they not form their own poa? you shouldnt be telling us about how much it cost until we have that figure?

so is the 108.00 for liens on houses or is it to get more subdivisions in something you guys cant seem to get under control in the first place?

I think you need to re read the document. This document does not state anything about only 1 house in the subdivision or even about only block I. It's about the subdivision as a whole. Does not say anything about pulliing in another subdivision into our subdivision either.

Filing fee is not only part of it. E-mail directly to Rick and he can go over retainer, court costs etc i beleive.

As for, quoted above, Why would pay for more houses to be subdivision anyways?, where do you see something that shows the board is trying to pull in another subdivision?

so is the standing oaks on the west side , 1st subdivison you pass after the ball fields included in our subdivision they have the standing oaks sign?

Are you guys going to refund the money for the pool that wasn't opened this year?

So where is the bill from the attorney that states how much this is costing? Or have we checked with other attorneys and got different options?

We can have all the POA meeting they want but nothing is going to happen. Eric an I went to a meeting when lance was there, an after the meeting Lance came to the house were we showed are concerns.Lance said he would get it all fixed. The neighberhood still looks NASTY. But you are telling us are POA dues are going up an we as home owners need to pay. Don't hold your breath on that one!!!!!!

close the pool down, no legal matters there, save about 3k a year, until we can seem to get the economy back to where it needs to be and people aren't walking away from their houses. making us pay more is not going to be a better plan I assure you .. There will be nobody left in that subdivision if this continues to happen. have you seen how much our houses are selling for. RIDICULOUS. I sure hope its not the house on st clair they are having to drive by in order to get to look at the houses they need or want?
