We can have all the POA meeting they want but nothing is going to happen. Eric an I went to a meeting when lance was there, an after the meeting Lance came to the house were we showed are concerns.Lance said he would get it all fixed. The neighberhood still looks NASTY. But you are telling us are POA dues are going up an we as home owners need to pay. Don't hold your breath on that one!!!!!!

First off, I appologize if I did not get the issues you had corrected. I personally will take the blame for dropping the ball on any violation issue you may have had in the past. I tried to take care of as much as I could when it came to violations and if yours did not get corrected, I appologize.

Secondly, you probably know that this is Lance and you can always contact me directly. I live at 1622 Charles St and my office number is 451-0085. E-mail address is lance@sanderscomputers.com. Cell number is 903-6033.

Thirdly, I am no longer on the board but I have put my name in the hat for the ACC along with 2 to 4 others. I have already rounded up a couple of home owners that have issues with current violations, written a letter, consulted my lawyer and have presented the letter to the board as of about 2 days ago. If you see current violations please send them to me and I'll amend my letter or create a second one. You can also send the violations directly to the board via written letter or e-mail.

I have reviewed over and over the current covenants, talked to my lawyer (which was not free and I paid for myself) and am very knowledgable with those covenants. As a home owner i have taken the first step with some of the homes that are in violation for myself, as explained above, and the few other homeowners have issues with that I rounded up to join me in my cause against violations. If you see a violation, please call me as soon as you can and I'll get my letter going or send it to the board. The board is taking action as of today, I believe, to start the violation process going again.

Violations are a big issue within the subdivision and if need be I will be spending my own money to get them corrected. The past board did get alot done on the violations that were happening but being lax on them in the near past has caused them to get out of control.

Once again, I appologize for not getting the violation you may have had an issue with corrected. Do contact me if you have one now.

Thanks,

Lance

Standing Oaks subdivision consists of 3 "Blocks". Blocks are not streets. they are a section of land with a legal description.

Standing Oaks Subdivision consists of 136 homes. The houses located on Farrell and Luke Streets are in Block 3 I believe and are the homes you have in question above.

I'm not on the board and cannot answer the question about this year's pool issue.

I also cannot answer the quesiton about the lawyer.

for questions for the board contact the board directly at poapres@yahoo.com or standingoakspoa@gmail.com

It's really funny how you say violations are a big issue.   When I do believe you were responsible of opening the pool for the past 4 years and new that it had never been permitted or even been inspected by the Health Department as the Health Department said they contacted you several times to try to help any way they could.   And still no action was taken Legally to open the pool.  The only action was taken by you illegally!

Violations are not funny.

Your information about the pool is false. Think again about how long the pool has been opened.
