Standing Oaks Property Owners Association

dues that were sent out

The information about you opening the pool with out being permitted are not false.  The pool was never brought before plan review or permitted and was not inspected.  This information is VERY TRUE...    And you opened the pool knowing this which is illegal and very unsafe for our children.

You are the one who should have received a violation for this alone.

Lance can you provide again a bank statement where we have proof that we have had someone whom is licensed in treating pools come out and put the proper chemicals in the pool and winterize it etx. To my knowledge I have never seen a cover on that pool EVER.

I remember I believe it was last year you said at the meeting that there were people going the bathroom in it, so it was off limits because there was chemicals in it killing all the bacteria. WE WANT PROOF THAT THE PEOPLE IN THE POA BOARD ARE PAYING LICENSED/ TRAINED PROFESSIONALS TO TREAT SOMETHING THAT IS ON OUR CHILDRENS SKIN AS WELL AS OURS. I suggest that someone get those bank statements attached on here to start clearing the air out. We all I am sure have lived in subdivisions where other POA's have been and this one doesn't compare to any of them.

are we having a meeting before September 15th?

i appologize for not being able to respond sooner. I was in an online meeting from 7:25 untill a few mins ago.

The pool company was Andrew's Pool service. He is licensed and knows all the rules very well with commercial pools. You can check this with the board of health.

As for the information that poasucks has posted about the legalities of the pool being open are false. The pool has only been open 2 seasons. if anyone needs clarification in refrence to permissions of opening the pool please contact either Rick or Don on this matter. They have the documents etc. regarding the pool issues and health dept.

Yes, season before last there was a high level of bacteria which is commonly caused by peeing in the pool. The pool was closed a couple of days while it was being treated. All of the chemical applications were to code and performed my a licensed, insured company.
