I'm getting sick of what I see as a strange attempt to keep homeowners in the dark about what happens in our neighborhood. Is there some reason for not telling people what's going on, or is it a simple case of hoarding information to make the hoarder feel important?
Platitudes, dithering, and telling people to volunteer doesn't cut it. I want answers.
