Kachina has been in contact with the "known" banks and management companies that control the empty houses. Unfortunately they can only do so much! We as a community need to help out as well. The weeds will continue to grow, they will spread to other homes and it could be yours. Taking a couple of hours out of your day to help out the neighborhood will make it look better, save time on your yard in the long run! Trust me. I lived next to a house that was abandoned. The weeds went nuts and it affected my yard. Myself and a couple of neighbors cleaned that yard for months before we even knew who to contact. Is it a pain that people abandon their homes or have financial problems and get foreclosed? Yes. We as a community need to pick up some of the slack and help each other out. Also, you may make a new friend. Who couldn't use another one?

Not much communication. So only the 8 people who read this know about this.
