Two dumpsters will be dropped off this Friday (Apr 25th) on Castlegate Blvd before noon.   One will be placed by  Shapinsay and the other by Burwick.  They will be here all weekend.  Somtime Monday they will be picked up.  The dumpsters are primarily for the community clean up,  pleas do not dump your ould couch in these dumpsters, there wont be room for the community garbage.

Sombody may want to organize the meeting time and place for both days, or just one day, or whatever the community wants to do.  Or, everyone can just do it on there own time, like I said, the dumpsters will be here all weekend.

My husband cleaned up a house this last Saturday, next to us that has been vacant for a few months.  You will definitely need to have shovels and rakes. The weeds are huge!!  I can't believe the difference of just taking an hour of time to do this made such a huge difference.  If we let these weeds get out of hand when they die this summer they will become tumbleweeds and will blow seeds into our yards.  That is something I definitely want to prevent!!  We pull our weeds regularly and I don't need any added to my yard.  I am glad that this event is happening.Smile

I live on Meadow Land Drive and I am surrounded by houses that have for-closed.

I called the bank that just took possession of the house next door and they will be out this week to take care of the weeds. The woman assured me they would be keeping up on the property.

The house behind us is also bank owned and they have a yard service that comes every two weeks.

The house across the street was cleaned up today by the bank that owns that.

We need to be a pain in the banks sides and they will take care of the properties.

My wife and I spent 3hrs last week cleaning up the yard next door. The house is in foreclosure and it's to soon to find out which bank has it.

If you go to the Pinal Co. website and do a parcel searce you can find out who the owner is. We have gotten 3 yards cleaned by banks and reality companys. I looked up one today. The owner lives in NY. The reaestate agent said they told her they have never gotten a letter from the HOA. Funny, the weeds are 3-4 ft high.
