has anyone noticed 15503 lake bella vista drive, their water heater is broken so they have rigged a pvc pipe under the garage door that is permanently opened to accomodate the pipe, the water stains go all the way down the drive to the street.....pretty,

Miko, Lisa Harris is the listed property owner of this residence. It's the 2nd house on the right as you drive into the 2nd entrance, or Bella Vista Drive as you stated.  It does give this address as her current address so she's not an out of town landlord. I still have not driven by to see what I can see of this stain. I'm thinking of knocking on her door and offering some help with this. Not sure when I'll do that though. It could be a simple fix.

I'm trying to think, what kind of rig is this and why? Why would there be a water pipe permanently fixed underneath the garage door to allow rusty water to drain to the street? Could it be one of those plastic overflow pans that are placed underneath a water heater for leaks? If this is the case, this has to be causing her a large water bill every month. A water heater replacement is not that hard to do. Maybe it's the expense and she can't afford it? Maybe she just hasn't had the time to make any calls to get it replaced? All conjecture and assumptions here on my part but you can see where I'm going with this. This is someone in trouble that needs help if you ask me. Okay, so why don't I be a good neighbor and go see what I can do, right?

I'm glad you didn't write a positive article. It would have been used to somehow show that you are a hypocrite. Think about it. They would say you post a lot of negative here and then write something positive in a newsletter. Mind games!

I'm replying to my own post above. I went by the house in question and took a look at the pipe under the garage. From what it looks like to me it is the condensation from the air conditioning system. Not that much rust as stains go is why I say this. Maybe it hasn't been there long enough, I dunno at this point. I did knock on the door a couple times but there were no lights on so I figured no one was home at the time. I'll have to try again later.

Rich, Like I told Rob on the phone, I don't know of anything positive to write about at the moment. I'm still looking for something positive to write. I hope to not be anyone's hypocrit and I don't play mind games so I don't who the winners might be here. Yeah, I might post some negative things here like some people say but everything can't be all rosey all the time now can it.
