if he was pulling out why did they sent that letter with all the restrictions? Weber said the low sales for them are their motivation.Weber said they plan to make rounds and notify owners of the areas they are not in compliance. Weber even said they plan on fining owners and could take each owner to court. I am wondering how far they are wanting to go over sheds, fences, and mailboxes.

Right on! I love how you worded your statement and I agree! It sounds like this Nancy is so hell bent on trying to become the next Nazi Dictator of Hampton Meadows that she is pushing her family away because she cannot/does not have any control in any other aspect of her own life so she is taking it out on us fellow neighbors! |

If it really comes down to us the actual people in this subdivision getting together to voice our opinion on whether or not we want this HOA to take effect, NNI or Whomever I am sure will send us a letter and we can let the "actual" powers that be our thoughts and feelings. Right now I am not liking the fact you asked for my opinion as well as others and now you tell me "I would not be offended if you did not continue to respond on this website based upon your statement and opinion." If things actually got going with this HOA, I will be sure to not vote you as "president!" You are already trying to impose your thoughts and ideas on someone you don't even know! Do you dream about one day acquiring all this power and dictating what the decent people of this subdivision can and cannot do? If they want a shed, a particular fence, color of house, etc... Let them have it! Everyone around me takes care of their property out of PRIDE not because someone is telling them too otherwise they could get fined or have a lien put on their house.
I am glad I spoke out about this on here, it looks like you are getting the feedback you are wanting. So next time you talk to whoever you think it is you need to, you can tell them exactly what the good people of Hampton Meadows really think! Most people are scared at first to say the bad, but here you have it! I hope you stop posting crap on our homes and just plain ruining our days by your nonsense! I would be more open to an HOA if there was some sort of service provided by it, pool, park, snow removal, bulk pick up twice a year, or something. Not knowing any details, Good luck trying to get Hampton Meadows HOA up and running!
You shouldn't ask questions to which the answers you cannot handle! |

It is obvious you don't know Nancy very well. Let's not make this a personal attack. This discussion is to help understand what is going on with Trusty's HOA, his letter with list or rules, and what we can do about it. They are planning on making rounds and informing neighbors of violations to their HOA rules. I think we all do not want these rules he set up.
