Well Mr Pucas I think it sounds like I have a much better grasp and understanding of what we are facing in this neighborhood and it is YOU and people like you who want an HOA! You say tear it apart from the inside. Tear what apart from the inside? Obviously you can't figure out that we do not have an HOA, only a list of covenant rules from the builder which when the builder leaves there will be nobody to enforce them (even though they are in effect for 20 some yrs). Oh yeah, if there is an HOA just try not paying your dues and see what happens. You get sued and a lein on your house!
