Child abuser, let out on bond!!!

Posted in: Muscatine
DHS

Hi All! Ok here goes. I work in a Licensed Day Care Facility where I reside. I am in charge of 2 6 week old babies and others under the age of 2 yrs. As I was holding the infant baby yesterday I thought about that little ANGEL lying in the hospital while this piece of you know what is out to run the streets. UNREAL. Every year we have DHS come in to check us out to make sure that we are up to code and doing things the proper way. I am glad to inform you all that we are always given the best review. We take pride in what we do. Now my question is... DHS finds the tiniest things to write Centers up on like not having your food in a certain area, or not diapering the proper way, where in the H*** are they when things like this happen? And can they not stop this lady from being let loose? I have a VERY VERY stressful job in taking care of 10-12 infants (all under the age of 2) every single day. Have I once thought about harming them? NO!!! Thank GOD this lady does not work with me I would have to pound her head into the floor a few times. Ok I have vented enough. You all have a wonderful day! Take Care! Oh and if you get a chance to give a child a hug..DO SO They are a gift from GOD!!!
I agree

Very well stated!!
Many of you

already know where I stand on the subject of child abuse and what I feel should be equal opportunity punishment for those who inflict any sort of injury and damage upon the innocent.

I appreciate hearing the many comments of the mothers, fathers, grandparents, and child care providers who've expressed themselves on this subject. I would like to suggest this is merely the beginning of a show of force to those who manipulate the strings of our justice system that we, as loving and compassionate individuals, with or without families of our own, will not stand for the systematic abuse of children. It is time to send the send message. To fire the shot heard 'round the world as it were.

The Muscatine Journal, Muscatine Police Department, Muscatine County Attorney Office, Muscatine Family Services, Muscatine City Council, DHS, our State Representative, Governer Culver and any one else I failed to mention needs to be put on notice we will not stand for this type behavior in our communities.

Therefore, I propose that each of us take a moment away from this link and write one letter expressing our concern, our dismay, our outright anger over a system which allows child abusers to freely walk about the streets. Make copies of your letter and fax it, mail it, hand deliver it, to all the entities so named above demanding their response. If the Courts are unwilling to show enough compassion and caring for the innocent victim, then it is incumbent upon all of us to take the matter into our hands and attempt to initiate measures to ensure these cretins, these abusers, remain incarcerated until they have their day in court.

I agree a person is innocent until proven guilty. However, a badly battered and bruised child in the custody of one or two people leaves little doubt of guilt. We hold our elected officials to a higher standard to ensure the laws on the books are enforced and abided. It is high time we start placing demands on our elected officials to do their duty and represent us, We The People!

Do your part to save a life. It will only take you 5 to 10 minutes away from this link to put your demand down on paper. Do your part knowing that you may be saving the life of the next innocent who becomes battered by a sick minded sociopath.
Will Write That Letter

I, as a Day Care Teacher will be one to do this. GREAT IDEA PMF. Who else is with us here? I am home on break from my teaching job and need to be heading back to work soon but tonight I am sitting down writing letters. This BullS*** has to stop and if the Law or DHS will not do anything about this situation then we as Americans will. Pretty sad that we have to take the Law into our own hands isn't it? Lets just swamp them all with letters. Join In Neighbors???
