I do see your point also. However, I did not feel that you needed to analyze just about everything I had said in my first post. I am not an opinionated person, until it comes to children, and whatever way you want to look at this situation, most people would say she should have no right to be out. 8th amendment or not I think that it is absolutely ridiculous. Well, I'm glad that bottom line, we still feel about the same on this issue. To everyone who reads this have a WONDERFUL weekend, I hear it's going to be nice!

Bail

What seems to be forgotten here is that it is the judge who determines if bail is appropriate and, if so, the ammount. What we need to do is hold these liberal judge's feet to the fire.
