Is there any fat in the City of Muscatine"s staff that could be cut to make spending less? It seems City Hall is becoming rather heavy in employees, are all of them needed?  Do we need a city planner?  Do we need a City Administrator when we have a Mayor?   Do we need City inspectors when the State does it for us?

Budget time for the City.

Oh dear, dear.  Can you find your hind end with both hands?

Alas, I used both hands and discovered that nedi, justcurious, big brother, etc. have no opinion when it comes to anything that is immmediately effecting their living style. So yes, I guess we need to cut at least 50% of city staff, expecially the public transit, and public safety, because we are all ok and don't need help.   After all, just curious you can just live off of the other.

Poor poor Republican.  He sounds like an angry fellow, much like young Tommy McAllister who lived just down the road from us in Aledo.  Yeah, that one.  Tommy had gotten himself tossed out of school, and was half-heartedly trying to acquire a GD online when he got into a fuss with one of the instructors.  Now Tommy didn't know the online school was located in Florida, so when he threw his hissy fit and threatened bodily harm on the poor teacher, he found himself driving 16 hours to find him but couldn't properly read the map, given his lack of common sense and education, and ended up in Toledo instead.

Republican....Robert and I hope you keep working toward that GD.  The ability to find your own rear end will follow shortly thereafter.
